A UK qualified barrister and with close to 20 years experience as a civil and commercial mediator, working internationally with parties from diverse jurisdictions, backgrounds and cultures, Baria functions as an independent and neutral fulcrum, designing optimal mediation processes and matching her insights, skills and expertise to the parties’ respective positions, interests, and needs. Actively assisting in shaping and improving potential settlement outcomes, Baria takes a hands-on approach, guiding her clients towards positive, considered and mutually agreed settlements.
As a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, she also takes commercial arbitration appointments from time to time.
